Yes! For most areas within Reno and Sparks, delivery is included in the rental price. We proudly offer free delivery and professional setup for bounce houses, water slides, and party rentals in the majority of the Reno/Sparks area.
For customers located outside of these core service zones — such as in the surrounding Northern Nevada communities — a small delivery fee may apply, depending on mileage. We do our best to keep these fees reasonable and transparent.
We handle all setups and takedowns ourselves to ensure everything is installed safely and correctly. Due to insurance and liability requirements, we are unable to allow customers to set up themselves.
Whether you're booking a bounce house in Reno or planning a party just outside of town, we’ll take care of all the heavy lifting — so you can focus on having fun!

Q: How does the bounce house stay inflated, and what power requirements are needed?
A: A blower continuously pumps air into the bounce house to keep it fully inflated during your event. Once unplugged, the unit will deflate immediately.
We require an electrical outlet within 50 feet of the bounce house or a generator to power the blower. To prevent circuit breaker issues, we bring our own heavy-duty extension cords designed specifically for this use.
Please ensure the outlet is reserved exclusively for the bounce house blower during your rental. Using the same outlet for multiple devices can overload the circuit and cause it to trip.
Safety Tip: If the circuit breaker trips and the unit begins to deflate, please have all children or occupants exit the bounce house immediately.
Yes, we can set up bounce houses at parks, but there are some important rules to follow.
City of Reno and City of Sparks parks do not allow bounce houses unless you have a special event permit from the city.
Many Washoe County parks—such as Lazy 5 Regional Park, Rancho San Rafael Regional Park, North Valleys Regional Park, and Bartley Ranch Regional Park—do allow bounce houses.
It is your responsibility to secure any required permits or permission before your event.
Please check if there is an electrical outlet within 50 feet of your setup location. If not, a generator is required, which we offer for rent.
Due to time restrictions on park rentals, a mandatory $50 park fee applies to all park bounce house deliveries.
We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve your rental. This deposit secures your equipment and ensures it is unavailable to other customers for your event date.
The only exception to our no-refund policy is poor weather. If we cancel—or if you choose to cancel—due to unsafe weather conditions, we will either refund your deposit or reschedule your event, whichever you prefer.
Qualifying weather conditions include:
High winds
Rain
Snow
Heavy smoke from wildfires
Cancellations due to weather must be made no earlier than 3 days before your event, since forecasts can change frequently.
If the bounce house or rental unit is delivered and set up, and the weather later becomes unsafe, no refund will be issued.
Need to reschedule or postpone? No problem! We're happy to keep your deposit on file for up to 12 months so you can rebook at your convenience.
Please keep in mind that each reservation:
Prevents others from booking the same unit
Involves payment processing costs for both transactions and refunds
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to helping you plan a safe and fun event!
